The two aircrafts, worked by Ocean World Helicopters, were conducting bliss flights on Unused Year’s Day when the rotor edge of a chopper taking off smashed into another that showed up to be landing.
One of the helicopter’s dove to the ground slaughtering four of the seven individuals on board – pilot Ashley Jenkinson Jenkinson, British couple Ron and Diane Hughes, and Sydney mother Vanessa Tadros.The other chopper, which suffered heavy damage to the front of its windscreen and body, managed to land safely with five passengers on a sand bank.
